Fall Retreat, 2010
November 1-5
Donald Davis brings his annual week-long storytelling retreat to Utah!

Donald is well known in Utah for his Timpanogos Storytelling performances and workshops at Summer Festivals and Midwinter Storytelling Concerts and Conferences. But never before has Donald presented in Utah his week-long workshop on the creation and performance of personal and family stories typically held only in June on Ocracoke Island.
Plan a full five days for this retreat. With daily class, time to explore and research story ideas and to share the progress of your story with other participants, excursions, storytelling concerts and meals, each day will be filled with experiences designed to enrich. Imagine your total focus on story--sifting through memories of people, places and events then placing them in story so they can be shared.
The best place to start sharing family stories is with your family. This workshop is ideal for the grandparent, parent, individual or family historian who wonders how to make family stories meaningful and interesting.
Experience and worry-free week while discovering your creativity. Build friendships with workshop participants. Enjoy Utah! Your only responsibility is to arrive with memories in tow.
$749 includes all workshop events, luxury lodging, activities and two meals each day.
Sign-up by May 1st and pay only $698. Add a second person (shared room) for an additional $575. Registration is limited, so please reserve your seat as soon as possible by e-mailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call 801-229-7436.
